Michael Phelps has become the best athlete that ever took part at the Modern Olympic Games. The Baltimore Bullet has already won 5 Gold Medals at the Beijing 2008 Summer Games. This adds to a total of 11 Olympic Games Gold Medals if we count the 6 won in Atlanta 2004.

The Swimmer doesn't want to stop here though. Phelps has set his goal to win 8 Olympic Gold Medals in Beijing 2008. This means that he has 3 more to go. At only 23-year-of-age, the America swimmer, has won the 4x200 meters Freestyle, 200 meters Butterfly, 400 meters Combined, 4x100 meters Freestyle and 200 meters Freestyle in China. More, he set New World Records in every final.

It seems that the new Speedo, Nasa engineered swimsuits are doing miracles, as almost every swimming race is adjusting the records. All athletes are allowed to wear it, but it seems that some manage to perform better as the others.
